Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly via WhatsApp (+91 93184 45297) or email (rajgharanasarees.bhl@gmail.com).

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 999 within India.
• A nominal shipping charge may apply on orders below Rs. 999 or COD orders (as displayed at checkout).
• For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and shared before confirmation.

3. Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. For pre-book, made-to-order or customised items, additional processing time may be required as mentioned in the product description.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner performance, weather conditions and other factors beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on our website or the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.

6. Delivery Inspection

Please check your package carefully at the time of delivery. In case the outer packaging appears tampered, torn or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the local courier office to reschedule delivery. Undelivered packages will be returned to us, and the customer may be charged for re-shipping.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes within India. COD availability is displayed at checkout based on your delivery pin code. Additional COD charges may apply.

9. Shipping Liability

Rajgharana Sarees ensures safe packaging and dispatch through reliable courier partners. However, once the product is handed over to the courier partner, we shall not be held liable for delays, damage in transit or loss caused by the shipping company. In case of transit damage, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner for resolution.
