Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Only products with genuine manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.
• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product if you detect any defect.

• Once return approval has been confirmed from our side, the customer must ship the product back to us within 3 working days.

Return Process

• If your return is approved by our team, the product must be shipped back to our office address (shared upon approval).
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange.
• In special cases, the company may allow reasonable shipping expenses of up to ₹80 per product, adjusted via the Gift Card issued.

Conditions for Returns

• Returns due to personal dislike of the product will not be accepted.
• There may be slight colour variations between the product images and the actual product. Our product photographs are lightly enhanced and AI-edited for better visual presentation on screens. Due to differences in screen resolution, lighting conditions, and display settings, the actual colour of the product may appear slightly different from what is shown online. Returns based on colour differences will not be entertained.
• For handcrafted, Bandhani, Gotapatti, and embroidery products, minor imperfections in stitching, dyeing, or surface texture (e.g., thread holes, slight irregularities) are natural characteristics of handwoven and handcrafted items. These are not defects and are not eligible for return.

Important Notes

• Order Cancellations: Rajgharana Sarees reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated promptly.
• Damages During Shipping: We ensure safe packaging and dispatch through reliable courier partners. If your parcel appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and immediately contact our support team.
• Return Window: All return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Product Condition: All returned products must include the original tags and be in unused, original condition. Products with missing tags, signs of use, wash, or alteration will not be accepted.
• No Returns for Customized Products: Customized or altered items (e.g., size adjustments, fall pico, stitching modifications) and sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We honour genuine return requests made within the specified time frame with proper unboxing video proof. However, any attempt to misuse consumer laws for intimidation or personal gain, raise false claims, or demand unreasonable compensation will be treated as intentional harassment and may lead to strict legal consequences.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed up to the value of the original product.
• Refunds are not provided. Instead, we offer exchanges or store credit (Gift Card) for the same amount, usable for future purchases on rajgharanasarees.com.
• Shipping costs will not be adjusted or refunded during the exchange process.
• If an order is cancelled or lost/undelivered, a Gift Card (store credit) for the complete order amount including shipping charges will be issued.

Legal Compliance

Rajgharana Sarees adheres to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both customers and artisans, while preventing misuse through false or delayed claims.
